For accommodation: There are different options
A homestay, which is where you live with a family in Leeds. You can eat dinner with the family, practise speaking with them and enjoy your own room. You can choose from three packages: room only, half board, or full board.

General English courses (Pre-sessional courses)
General English courses are offered to those who wish to acquire or improve their English language skills. They are offered at all levels from beginner to advanced. General English courses include lessons in listening, speaking, reading and writing. A typical English lesson will offer either; new items of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation or conversation and sometimes a combination of all four.
IELTS Preparation courses

The language you need at university is very different from 'normal' English.
Expectations at university in the UK are different to universities in other countries; their course will help you to understand how to succeed. You can revise important skills like research and critical thinking. You can also practise listening to lectures, writing reports and essays, doing academic presentations and much more.

Trinity exam courses
Trinity’s Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) are one-to-one, face-to-face assessments of speaking and listening skills with a Trinity examiner. Preparation for these exams and achievement of GESE qualifications supports people wishing to develop their proficiency in English language speaking - for personal goals, study, travel, employment, settlement or for visa application purposes.
